I could not be happier with the care and attention I received from Mr Dawe. Nothing was too much trouble for him in getting to the root of the problem and then solving it. I'm so grateful.

Mr Dawe performed bilateral foot surgery on both of my bunions (hallux valgus) in April this year. The operation has been a resounding success and I no longer experience any discomfort from either toe joint. I was walking unaided after a few weeks, cycling after 3 months and running again after 4 months. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Dawe’s services, which he conducted with the utmost expertise and professionalism.I am extremely grateful to Mr E.Dawe for the care and understanding he has shown towards the need of an operation on my left foot and ankle . He came into my life at the wright time . The best non invasive procedure. Pain is minimal. Many thanks and I don’t want to be anonymous. I cannot praise Mr Dawe and the team at Nuffield Chichester for the treatment and care I received leading up to, during and following my double hallux valgus (bunion surgery). From the outset, Mr Dawe explained the procedure, steps I would have to take in advance and the recovery process. I had complete confidence in Mr Dawe from the first time I met with him for a consultation and my confidence was rewarded with a successful surgery and I am well on my way to complete recovery. Just 8 weeks after the surgery I am back at work, there is minimal scarring on both feet and I couldn't be more pleased with how my feet look and feel! I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Dawe if you are in pain from bunions or any other foot problems at all!
I cannot thank Mr Dawe enough to repair my right ankle following a fall I had in April 2018 breaking 3 bones. The initial operation was complex to say the least! Mr Dawe then carried out a second operation later in the year. At all times, I felt safe in his care. He showed empathy and was thorough and honest at all my appointments. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon and consultant.

Dr Dawe did an operation on my ankle. I was in terrible pain for a year after a collision incident. I was limping around and there were all sorts of problems starting to happen further up my leg because of my foot injury. I had been to a few doctors, none of whom gave me any kind of answer or diagnosis or reassurance that they had any clear idea of what was wrong with me or what could be done to help me. It was a horrible year of confusion and mental anguish. Then I got to meet Dr Dawe. He gave me an excellent explanation in laymans terms as to what was up with my complaints, these made sense to me and I felt for the first time (after seeing a number of Doctors and physios) that i was talking to a real expert. He was also a total gentleman and gave me lots of time when explaining my options and the probably outcomes. I opted to have a surgery, that I understand involved a number of procedures be done. I was knocked out for it and woke up a few hours later to spend the next 6 weeks in a boot and the next number of months in physio. Anyway long story short my foot is in amazing form now. I never dared hope that it would be so good again. I'm able to do pretty much anything I could before on it and I'm pain free. I can't thank Dr Dawe enough for what he did for me. It is no exaggeration to say he changed my life and I'm forever in his debt. He is such a nice person to deal with as well, a friendly relaxed presence but you know after spending 30 seconds with the man that you are dealing with an expert. So in conclusion, if you have a foot/ankle problem do yourself and your family a favour and see this man. Thank you Edward Dawe!
